Welcome to NHHA (Nutrition & Human Health Academy). By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully — if you do not agree, kindly refrain from using our services.
1. Eligibility
Our programs are designed for learners aged 18 years and above. By enrolling you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
2. Enrollment & Fees
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable program fee.
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Access to the learner dashboard, live sessions, and study materials is granted to the enrolled learner only and is non-transferable.
3. Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident about your enrollment:
- Refund requests made within 7 days of enrollment and before attending more than two live sessions are eligible for a full refund minus payment processing charges.
- Requests made after this window, or after significant course access, are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days of approval.
4. Course Content & Intellectual Property
All course materials — including videos, slides, PDFs, case studies, and assignments — are the intellectual property of NHHA. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use them for your own learning. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or public sharing of any material without written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Learner Conduct
By participating in our programs, you agree to:
- Maintain a respectful environment during live sessions and community interactions.
- Not record, download, or screenshot live sessions for redistribution.
- Not misuse the dashboard, attempt unauthorised access, or share login credentials.
NHHA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these expectations, without refund.
6. Certification
Learners on eligible plans receive an NHHA Certificate upon successful completion of all assignments and the final case study. The certificate acknowledges completion of the program and is not a substitute for statutory licensing or accreditation required to practise clinical dietetics or medicine in any jurisdiction.
7. Disclaimer — Educational Purpose Only
The information shared through NHHA programs is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, lifestyle, or treatment plan.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NHHA and its faculty, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our programs, website, or related services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the program fee paid by you.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
